Re: Touch Pro 2 no longer available through Asurion

Sprint has over 48+ "Million" subscribers. Now, that said there's only a small handful still on the old $30/month plan. Sprint could drop all of them and it wouldn't phase them. but regardless, we're still in contract and still a customer. We can call and gripe all we want, but the $30/SERO plan holders probably aren't going to get what they want like some customers do...Sprint just doesn't care about these account types anymore, pretty simple.

Still we shouldn't be punished and have to be forced to double our rate plan all because they want to release newer phones. If that's the case, then there's got to be somehow they can put us in these newer phones without making us change our rate plans. I mean we have the unlimited data, so I just don't get why (other than there must be some SOC code) from preventing us to stay on the same plan.

I also wish that HTC would do a bit more testing on some of these WMO devices, because for me it seems like since the Mogul they ALL have consistent issues that keeps them in the service centers and insurance claims. I know people who have had other type of phones for years w/o any issues other than maybe needing a new battery. Blackberry is a good example, as well as the iphone (not the new one).
