I know this might sound a bit crazy but go out for a ride a few miles from your current location and try to manually provision again. My thought here is that maybe by changing cell towers you will be a bit more successful.
I'm on sprint too and only had the problem once and it eventually corrected itself. Other than that, all flashes since then (knocks on wood) have been great.
