I just figured out an even BETTER workaround. I took the WMP file from the root of my Touch Pro 2 and copied it to the root of my evo replacing it. So now, when WMP reads it, it knows its a phone and all my playlists synced without even setting it up.

IF you have trouble I have attached the file. Just place on the root of the storage card and WMP will sync album art and playlists!!!!!!

It wouldn't let me upload, so i added .txt to the end. Hopefully just remove .txt and copy over and it should work.
