Irritated!
So I've got an issue with the speaker on my EVO...
I went back to Radioshack they said call Sprint, sprint says call radioshack blah blah then I've got people lieing to me ect.. I'm really getting discouraged by Sprint's and Radioshack's motives here...I cannot get an answer from either company, it's like they are trying to get me to do this ring around untill the 30 days are up... So here I go with my 3rd trip to Radioshack if they tell me to go call Sprint again.. I'm going to embed this damn EVO into their wall... The phone is awesome, its just the speaker phone is junk, and the guy originally at RS told me the speaker phone shouldn't sound like that..
I'm just ranting and letting some steam off the lady @ Sprint pissed me off so fking bad... She told me the only thing she could do was cancel my service have me pay for everything then sell me another phone and plan over the phone.....
Or she told me to buy another EVO from her for 299.99 with 100 dollar mail in rebate, then take my phone back to radioshack and borrow a friends old phone untill they could get me an EVO to my door... I told her that she really was scaring me away as a customer... It's not my responsibility to find another phone to use while they are replacing a lemon.... I told her the phone works besides the speakerphone sucking totally and that I will use this phone untill they drop ship me a new one.... Didn't work... anyways
In my line of work I could not imagine doing this to someone... If I showed up on a job site and told a customer to deal with a leaking steam line until I felt like repairing it they'd run my ass off the job and find someone else to do it
