Those cs reps were misinformed...pda phones are allowed, what isn't allowed is Android, WebOs, or Instinct devices....

So yes it is 100% available on SERO, even if you ebay one you can activate it on a SERO online without any hassle...if a CS tells you otherwise, they don't know what they are talking about and if they won't do it, just speak to another CS and they will...

If a device is not allowed, it won't let you activate it on their online site, you can even buy an EVO on a SERO but it won't let you activate it..a TP2 will activate just fine though.
