They will install and say they don't work with this version of windows, but I believe you will notice better RAM %s after install as well.

I have talked myself into upgrading to winmo 6.5, and loaded that stock item from 6.1 to monitor memory/quick tm cab, and I have noticed a slight decrease, from 52% to 49% just after reboot - so, not a huge difference in #'s, but a noticeable difference in performance. I like the 2 so far for the noticeable difference in performance in each program.
