In my experience, the reception of the Touch hasn't been all that great. I wouldn't say it's horrible, but indoors, driving, etc. It's coverage isn't as good as the HTC mogul I had.
It also streams less efficiently than the Mogul in the exact same coverage areas. I'm not an expert, but I'm sure that the size difference might result in a sacrifice in size of internal antena? Either way, I agree the reception isn't the best I ever had (not the worst either).
