Wink Re: [Mini Review] Opinions on GPS Programs for the Evo

Coming from Windows Mobile, I have had plenty of experience with a variety of phone based GPS programs. Here is my list and recommendations....

Best Android (USA) Copilot 8 (on Android) due to TTS, fast rerouting, Good maps, constant updates, downloadable map upgrades, Web based error reporting

Runners up tested Navigon (Android) No TTS, poor maps
iGo (Android) no TTS, nice interface, slower than copilot
Sygic (Android) no TTS

Best overall (USA) iGuidance 4 (not available on Android) as it has accurate routing, TTS, new maps, plenty of POIs

All of the online software i.e. Sprint Navigation, Google, Telenav etc are fine when signal strength is high, but concerning when traveling of the beaten path IMHO.
