There is not a "setting" that can be enable for free GV from your Sprint phone. This depends on your plan or addon feature for your phone.

*****GOOGLE DOES MAKE FREE OUTGOING CALLS*****

*****Your phone needs to call GV for the call to be connected*****<----This is where the possible usage of your anytime minute(s)

So if you have a unlimited anytime plan or "3 numbers, Any network unlimited" feature then there isnt any minutes usage(landline).
