This will not work PERIOD. You can order the phone with the discount price you are elgible for the upgrade. I had ask this in other thread regarding " Will the phone be activated when shipped ? " So here is the bad news.
1) Yah !! ordered with discount with old plan (keep old plan and add $10.00 for 4G)
2) BB called, we got a conflict , Either you change plan or we cancel the order ( in a nice way, due to Sprint system it has to be the everything plus or everything data plan to activate EVOs)
So my questions were answered. They will activate the phone before they ship it, and when they try to activate the phone, there are those requirements (Everything plus or Everything data)
So...
1) you can't keep the phone for $199.99 because they won't ship it without activation.
Side Note: Of course my plan was $15.00 a month !!!!
