talked to someone and then was transfered to account services, then it took her about 20 seconds to do it.

This is awesome, so my contract is what 6 days longer than it would have been if i upgraded on the 4th, I save $240 smackers, and retain upgrade status.

Good stuff.

It is crazy how they all have different answers for the same question. Seems the account services is the only department with the authority to just apply credits without a problem.

If anyone else does it, i'd say just call in. I did the chat thing 3 times and got shot down everytime. The last time is when the dude told me to call that 1-888 number and ask for account services and they could hook it up. He didn't have the authority.
