ok, I looked into this for ya.....I don't know what taskbar NRG uses, but based on his FAQ, it says:

Custom WM 6.5 Taskbars here:http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=65911

now if u don't see the taskbar in that thread, you could load NRG's ROM, then copy these files to internal storage (see attached pic)
