Hesse clearly says he knows we will be using more data and they aren't charging more for it.

Either way, Hesse said we would not be getting charged any extra. Spin the charge into whatever you want, it's still a charge that Hesse said we would not see. He said 2 years from now plans will have data buckets of different sizes, but they weren't going to charge extra until then.
