Thank you for writing back to Windows Live Mobile Technical Support. My name is Teddy and I am here to assist you. I understand that your yahoo contacts are not showing online when you log in to your mobile device. I apologize for this inconvenience.

Sang, I am sorry to inform you that we have a Technical problem with your specific account on our server and we are unable to resolve the problem at this time.

The best and quickest way to get your account back up and running is to do the following:
- Delete the account
- Recreate your account with your current user name and device ID number

We have already deleted your account. Please create a new account by following the steps below:

1. Using a PC, go to http://mobile.live.com/signup/signup2.aspx
2. Choose your Wireless service provider from the dropdown menu.
3. When asked, place a check mark on the "My device has text messaging" box.
4. Enter your Device Email Address.
5. Click on "Next."
6. A text (SMS) message will then be sent to your mobile device containing a 4-digit Confirmation Code.
7. Enter the confirmation code you received on the box specified on the webpage.
8. Click on "Next."
9. Agree to the End-User License Agreement to finish the sign up process.

After you have created a Windows Live Mobile account, you need to setup your account to receive IM alerts on your device and you will be shown as Mobile on your friends' devices:

1. Sign in to your Windows Live Messenger
2. Under the "Tools", choose "Options"
3. Go to the "Phone" tab.
4. Check the option: "Allow people on my contacts list to send messages to my mobile device"
5. Click on Ok

We appreciate your continued support as we strive to provide you with the highest quality service available. Thank you for using Windows Live Mobile.

Sincerely,

Teddy
