i buy a basic cable plan for $69.99

i can watch basic cable - YAY

but wait, you are telling me there is a way to watch HDTV channels on my HDTV??!? AMAZING

i can upgrade to HDTV for $69.99 basic cable PLUS $29.99 HDTV Channels

do i HAVE TO buy the HD channels plan?
