It will only work if you flash a custom ROM with manila 2.1 or sense 2.1/2.5. I wouldn't say it's impossible to add landscape to the stock tf3d manila, but it would be a ton of work writing code, etc. and not worth it since HTC already did it for us with the newer manila/sense versions
