I am not positive this will work but...connect the phone to your pc and you can access the folders in file explorer from there through my computer. then go to my device. locate pim. copy and paste it to your sd card. when you copy it to your new one do not erase pim on my device. change the name to pimold and then after that copy pim (saved copy) to root of my device.
