Edit: In the video it shows a picture of a lock in the right corner and says you can edit the lock screen. I don't have a picture of a lock I have 3 bars for the quick links page your on. Maybe it's a setting I should watch the whole video before I ask I guess. Sorry!

Do you have CHTEditor v1.7 installed?
If you do start it then choose lockscreen settings, and then turn on the show lock screen button. and it will show the lock just under the taskbar on the right hand corner.
