Well I got my replacement today. Same as before, except the one its replacing had the Sprint trim rather than Verizon. Someone messed up at the factory (See
this post). The new one is back to the black gloss trim. The phone I got as replacement today came stock with Verizon 6.5 with Sense 2.1. I upgraded already to the latest MightyROM. Running very smooth and the phone feels new (slider, buttons, screen). No scratches whatsoever...that's a first, considering all my other replacements from HTC came "pre-scratched". Hopefully this one lasts longer than others I've had previous. If I can make it through summer with this phone it will be a miracle without the screen getting rainbow banding again. If anyone has questions on Verizons replacement phone policies (not insurance claim), let me know. I'm a pro by now
