Store did not do squat, and customer care is worse!!
drove 1 hour to a store/repair center, they reloaded the firmware (I already did this), they still could not get it to connect at EV speeds.. They said they would order me a new phone, but would take 2 weeks or so to get there.
I travel, and I don't have time to screw with this. I called customer care, and explained the issue to me, and they are completely worthless.. they tell me to call the insurance and deal with them.
I am not convinced it is a phone issue, but nonetheless, I will not let this go. I want my EV speeds..
how should I proceed?.. I am about to threaten them with a contract termination, since they are not providing the service I agreed on.
I will be in Raleigh NC tomorrow, and I will try a store there..
