And there is No other Plan that would give me what I have now for the price I am paying, or even come close, so you may want to give more consideration regarding your quick answers to issues that I am bringing up. So as not to clutter the thread, I'd be happy to discuss these issues further via pm if you so desire.

There is nothing to discuss, your issue or "fault" lies with the North American cellular industry. That being said, I'll be happy to try and work out something that will work for you, including discounts that would give you more device freedom.

But with all of the other 3G devices that came out, I should not have to be required to switch plans if my Diamond works fine on it, the other devices should also. Sugar Coating the reasons that Sprint does things does not change the fact that there are most likely work arounds that Sprint does not choose to incorporate.

You were misled and it COULD have been done. I have tons of customers on Free & Clear plans with android/blackberry. Hell, my employee plan is a variation of a Free & Clear Plan and I can use whatever phone I want.

Again, you primarily have a complaint about the industry, this isn't a Sprint-only thing...that being said I'll be happy to discuss this further with you via pm to at least SEE if theres anything that works better for you.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no....it depends on the technology type.

Sometimes we can adjust the codes but sometimes the plans didn't allow for the adjustments. Also realize that it IS a business and of course they want to make more money where they can. That being said, there is NO better value to be had in the North American wireless industry(currently) outside of Sprint ESPECIALLY when your talking about data devices.

I really don't see how you'd be getting less on any of our new plans, in general, however if your a 10 year customer you may already get the early upgrades.
With our new family plans you woulld get:
- Any Mobile Any Time(which basically means unlimited minutes for most people)
- Full 2 year upgrades every 12 months
- Unlimited Data regardless of the phone you choose and data type it supports.
- Sprint Nav, Sprint TV, Any promo data apps that come out, BB Service, etc.
- 7pm N&W
