Download cfcgui (google and you will find at xda). Run cfcgui, choose import from device, wait, and then scroll through each image to find the manila file associated with the slider graphic. You will find slider graphic for the large preview icon, the 'off' tray icon, the 'on' tray icon, etc (it ends up being a lot). You can get an idea of the un-branded icons by just looking at a cab of sense 2.5 slider icons. Those manila file names should be the same. If you want to edit the files, you can extract a png from the manila file with cfcgui, edit the png, and put it back in with cfcgui.
