Yes. You can look into Santod's clock array. It is posted on the first page under Sense mods. You can choose the second clock as he as options (

The down side is when you slide from one tab to the next, you'll notice that the icons will be higher than before - i think max manila had this issue too. It's no big deal though. It is a workaround until they figure how to incorporate the double clock with the co0kies mod as I am almost sure that his mod is the standard right now.
