I wonder if this is the normal behavior for A2DP device since my Motorola HS850 Bluetooth hands free does not have this problem. I'm kind of suspecting that it is 700wx driver issue since there is no other problem with the S9. If there is any activity between the two, then the disconnect timer is reset but 1 hour limit is still there. It is very consistent and I can reproduce it every time I try.

I have the Moto S9 and it is working like a charm on my Treo 700wx.

The headset manual did say it would auto-shutdown after an hour of non-use. All I do is hold down the power button for three seconds, it powers back up and reconnects immediately to my Treo. I watch the bluetooth icon on my phone change from blue to silver and I can start listening to music immediately.

I also have the 1.15 update installed directly from Palm's site.
