I don't think the hard reset was necessary. I just deleted my exchange server and added it again. When it sync'd, everything matched for on-line calendar and my phone's calendar. It is funny how our 'smart' phone can't deal with something as easy as DST. I was wondering why it said st. patrick's day was Tuesday
