well we all know that sprint doesn't really care about what we want or when we want it they'll continue to do what they want and give us the update whenever they get around to it, sad but true. and it's sad how the employee's working at the sprint stores can be uninformed like they are, and it's sad when customers know more about the phones and the software than they do, that's my two cents lol.
Dude, is this your first experience in Corporate America?
Every corporation exists to make money. No one is in business just to be "nice" to you. If being nice to their customers is cost effective (it will give a competitive edge, or attract/keep more people), they will do it. If not, they won't.

What scares me about Google or Apple and their fanboys is that they believe these companies exist to make the world a better place. At least we know where we stand with MS, HTC and Sprint. Be thankful for the blessings they've bestowed on us thus far- they technically don't need to offer a 6.5 update at all. They will because customers will get fed up and leave if they're the only ones who DON'T.

Any anyone who really "knows" the products won't be working the sales floor or answering the customer support calls at tier 1. Its unfortunate, and in a perfect world this isn't how things would work, but sadly we don't live in Utopia.

Welcome to the real world.
Sorry about taking the thread off-topic with my quick words of truth, you may now return to your regularly scheduled squandering about whether or not the 6.5 update will come soon. I'm just going to wait and see if it has the new sense I've read VZ is getting eventually.
