That's what I use to change my left soft key (LSK) to weather and open secondtoday. You can adjust it to your needs. You will see in the same registry location the values for RSK (right soft key). Just change the HomeRSKtext to 'Camera' and HomeRSKPath to "\Windows\Camera.exe".
