That link worked for me. My email's been in their system - I also bought the journal-sync upgrade to go along with the free PI2007.

After downloading and tooling around with PI2008 for a few minutes, the only obvious change seems to be the new roles/profiles feature (i.e. collections of settings) and moving all the tiny view icons from the bottom of the screen onto a screen of their own with a softkey link. I like both of these alot, but I'm not sure I really need them enough to pay - yet.
