Just a guess but Xpressyourcell (spelling???) is a mad man of skinning and has made a ton of EnergyROM energy wave skins for various things. Search him, he frequents the Dusk add-ons thread in the Themes Forum. If he didn't make it, he can, and just might if you are real nice...
