Oh yes, I have this problem 30 times a day. I use task manager to kill the exe instead of rebooting.
It definately started occuring once i started using the 6.5.3 and 6.5.5 ROM's. Running NRG's Leo 2011 ROM now.
It has occured on many ROM's though. I'm guessing it is a buggy application rather then the ROM itself
