i think the OP probably doesn't have a data plan currently on his acct which is why they are trying to switch him the everything included plan.
maybe he could add a data plan for his current phone first, then try to switch to the tp2 and keep the data plan the same.
i've been on the everything included plan for a while now, so i don't know. i talked my way into a 30% discount so it's now so bad.
