Hey all. I am having a problem changing the carriers on my XV6700. I have the default carrier (Verizon) and wish to switch it to Alltel, as I have other phones currently with them. I have tried to bake a ROM with Helmi's Kitchen, but when I select Alltel (RUU:NoID) as the carrier, I always get a error 150 (Rom upgrade utility error). If I slelect RUU:X.04+ (which is the correct one) I get the error 120. I can sucessfully flash Verizon to my phone, but I cannot seem to get Alltel. I have also tried the "hack" as defined here (
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=12001) and cannot get that to work either. I have the correct SysID for my area, but it always calls Verizon, and dosent default to Alltel. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this phone to activate on Alltel??
