My GF has the moment as well, but without the update, and her signal type is fine as mine was before. Needless to say, I'm not letting her get the update just to save her the trouble. Also, there will be times where it just plain shows I don't have any signal, or just one bar, which is strange because she will stand next to me and have full signal. Anyone have any suggestions. I may just go to the store and tell them they broke my phone and that they need to replace it.

I don't have any suggestions for you on getting the issues resolved, sorry. But I wanted to tell you that a friend of mine just had his keyboard go out on him and he took it back for a replacement. The new Moment came with the maintenance update already installed, so you may just be stuck with it.
