Thanks for asking, it's a Q that I'd like to see an A for as well.

Some needed tools are easy to find, like the Torx #T5 screwdriver and the jeweler's Phillips #2 screwdriver shown at the top of this pic:


But the 2 bottom tools are like nothing I've ever seen or heard of, though they appear to be very handy for phone work. Are they simply called "plastic opening tools" or is there a better name to ID, search for, and buy them?
