You're not the first to be honest.

Many have claimed that their case had problems when they first received it, and luckily Seidio had excellent customer service... I mean what the... people? If they had a better brain / tactic for their business, they should have gotten website information correct, spent more of this BS CS resources on product quality.

So what you pay for more or less justifies your purchase towards the quality of your product and not the after sales "support" which should have been unnecessary if you had received an item as they have described at the first place...

ah well, i guess to some people it's more important to have a smooth return of their product rather than receiving the perfect purchase.

Trust me, i will never purchase from them ever again in my life.
