It should just be an even exchange, if you get that option. They would wanna know why you are exchanging it, and if it is a hardware issue or some kind of malfunction they'll probably exchange it. If they determine user error (like cracked screen, etc) then they'll probably make you use insurance. Just go into a store and see what your options are.
