So far everything is going great. Did a hard reset, installed the custom ROM. Now i am putting my favorite apps back on. So far i have installed

SPB Backup
Tom Tom Navigator 6
O2 Plus
Resco Explorer
Palm Messaging App
Picture Mail App
No issues with any of the today plugins at this time. I have a today plugin for O2 (shortcuts, battery and memory meters) and the today plugin for Tom Tom.
I will be testing the GPS tomorrow with my BT receiver tomorrow when i go out (unfortunately i have to work tomorrow
)

P.S. I like the idea of removing the Voice Dialer from the ROM to save space
