I found these myself today while digging thru my phone. Instead of creating my own thread, I
searched, found this thread, thanked you, quoted you then subscribed.
I know anyone with Verizon also may have these disabled. So instead of just killing them, this may help some one enable/disable what they need. I'm unsure of any other carriers or ROMs, yet.
