you know how to look into the registry? Go here: HKLM\Software\OEM\SMS\
and look for "RecvTimeStamp" check to see if its set to 1

if OEM\SMS is not there. then ziggy471's workaround is not intsalled. if its set to "0" then that cab worked.
if its not there or showing a 0 then the dll is working like it should.
im on stock sprint rom and i did the reg edit to make it use the current time on the device for texts, not the network to solve my 2016 problem... what do i change to make it go by the network time again and would i have to hard reset? im curious to know if it really fixes it...
