Well here's a little tid bit to that info.

I not only get towns around me, but if I load up Google GPS it is alsop putting me in those same areas. I can even zoom in and get the address it says my phone is currently located at, problem is IM NOT THERE!!!!!

The area I live in hasn't had any boundaries redrawn since the cities were incorporated decades ago. With the exception of BacardiGuy's issue, I think this may be due to the use of cell towers for location and there being some location drift. Perhaps we have two separate issues here, a database and a location issue.
