It automatically installs cabs to either main memory or internal storage, restores owner information, restores email accounts, runs .reg's or xml's, and copies files from internal storage to a directory on main memory if you want (I use it to copy my rings since they use twice the space when cooked into the ROM - they end up in /windows and /windows/rings). It's a real time saver for me. Compliant just means that the ROM will run SASHIMI on the second boot (the one after the customization).
