			Mine had nothing to do with a phone being damaged.  Someone on the inside was putting through fraudulent claims on peoples' accounts (the one fraud tech I spoke to at Sprint informed that she had dealt with 9 or 10 such calls within a week).  I figure that they were punting them off to friends to ebay or craigslist them.
