bah dont get me started on assurion ive been charged twice for 200 bucks.. both times they said they never received my replacements.. so last time i stuck it to them. and just said the phone was lost..so i didnt have to return it.. and got them back.lol i know that was wrong but this place really sucks at losing return shipments. i told sprint that last 200 i was not paying cause i sent it priority mail with tracking..and it showed they got it and signed for it.lol but yet they still say they didnt get it and continue to say i owe 200.lol so each month sprint has put hold on the charge so it wouldnt effect my monthly balance...


point.. be careful when returning damaged phones to assurion. get a piece of mine and return it yourself with tracking etc.. otherwise they might try to hit u up for 200.
