However, when I install it using the pre-kitchen, it reverts my lockscreen and drop-down notification menu to the stock one. So, I reapplied the Evil Transparent lock screen (via the recovery menu), and it reverted the taskbar to the stock one. Is there any way to have only the specific theme applied? IE, keep FreshROM 1.1 as is and only change the taskbar?

I posted it in Setix's taskbar thread and no one seems to know how to do so (yet).
The reason that happened is because parts of the lockscreen, the taskbar, and the notification menu are all contained in the framework. So when you flash one, it is going to replace the others every time. I have a plan worked out in my head for the kitchen on how to get around that and build your own custom framework with whatever pieces and parts you want... but it's just not there yet. It would also require theme makers like setix to make their theme in a special way. So it would require them to do extra work, but would allow you to modify it exactly the way you want.
