Sadly there seems to be no one who really knows what is going on low level in the phone and drivers with call recording and finding good info is hard because there is so much conjecture on this as it is.  |
Now I see what you mean by "ROM version" Have you tried to do the following.
Find the file you want to replace and rename it like filenamebac.dll then copying your file that you are trying to transfer with the correct name. This should force Windows to use that file.
