i saw something somewhere to do this
I want to decrease the seconds it takes my phone to start ringing. From the time the phone receives signal that someone is calling to the time that the phone actually rings is about 3 seconds and I can't seem to find the registry hack to change the 3 seconds to 0 seconds.
