Still waiting for them to explain to me why it's considered "warez" if someone tweaks this app and reposts it, yet it's not considered warez when they tweaked HTC's app and posted it (and even charged money for it).

And while we're at it- why is it okay for them to ignore all of the laws ont his matter and simply tell customers "don't use it if you don't like our illegal policies." There are all kinds of consumer protection laws that govern the way business is done. They have thrown all of that out the window, and simply said, "don't use it if you don't like it." OS on the one hand, they want to be treated like a real company (requiring us to pay) but on the other hand, they don't want to deliver like a real company (following the laws). You can't have it both ways...
1) it is warez because you would be using a patch of OUR OWN CODE. maybe there is a better expression, I don't know, I'm not a native English speaker.
2) you SUPPOSE it should be free, but you only decide that if you make the program YOURSELF. anyway, we DON'T REQUIRE donations for private users, they have CHOICES. don't pay for it if you know you are going to be sorry for paying, instead send a ticket and wait a little for our solution.
3) I don't understand your comment about Olipro's reply (where he said "if you don't like it don't use it" or something along those lines). what is a "real company" supposed to do? I seriously don't know, as I'm not American, nor is Olipro. thanks.

Having said all of that- I did pay for mine. Even though I am a residential customer, I still paid- twice.
1) yes you are discounting it. for some reason this community has many people who like to complain all the time, it is not like others (such as XDA). I didn't really care about the nagging before the release, but this is getting to me a bit. I'm almost seriously thinking of not doing hacks again for american phones. I don't even LIVE in the US and naturally I couldn't care less about US phone releases.
2) you shouldn't have paid if you resent it afterwards! this is why it is in a sense still a donation, because you have the choice to go to us and ask for it free or if urgent AND don't mind donating then do so.
