Sorry to hear you're having no luck with your TP2. I've had mine since Sept 8th and I have had
NO problems with the hardware or any major flaws with the software.
I would not trade my HTC phone for any other product on the market!! I think iPhones are toys and Blackberries have a lot of applications but cannot beat the functionality provided by the TP2. My friends are jealous when I turn on WMWifi and start surfing the web. They're also shocked when they see the clarity of the screen when watching videos on youtube or streaming video via Slingbox.
Good luck with your switch to Verizon. I hope you find a more reliable phone to your liking.
