I cant flash my apache for some reason

So i cant flash my apache for some reason, i found this on another thread and was wondering if this was the proper way to flash a rom.

"Well the good news is you are looking at the right time - flashing couldn't be any easier. Download both the files linked to in the kitchen thread, run the Build OS install, and put the PPCGeeks_OEM.rar in the C:\Buildos folder. Double click on PPC-BuildOs Icon, pick your OEMs and click the play button."

Heres what i thought I was supposed to do.

"I run windows vista and i have a sprint ppc 6700, and so i downloaded the sprint rom v1.3h. I have winRAR and extracted the "download" we'll say to another folder. It is here where i get confused on what to do. There are about 10 things that i can click on but the only one i can seem to get to open with anything installed on my comp. is the ApacheUpgradeUt_noID and then i plug my phone in and put in bootloader mode and it goes on to say that my phone is not meant for this upgrade, or something along the lines of this.

can you find where i am going wrong here? "

That was what i have been trying and i get that message everytime, my current rom freezes quite a bit, or takes a while to load so i think i want to upgrade to something a little bit bettter.

Would be much appreciated, thanks
