ive tried to atleast 20 times i get an error... which i stated in teh first post i made and thats why i made this post in the first place ive seen that tutorial you posted and ive done it up to the flash rec which is the very begining and is why im trying to find ANOTHER method

make sure ur using this heroc file which is for our cdma heros, instead of the hero file, which is in alot of the other rooting posts.. doesnt seem like it but one letter threw me off, just like you! HEROC :
